Day 32

1:30 pm my film class discussion meeting.

so the teacher knows we're actually playing attention in the movies

and doing our readings...

mm....must use my former poli sci bsing skills

1:40pm i arrive.

they are already in deep discussion.

sit there and listen for awhile then the teacher asks me if i have anything to add to the discussion.

crap.

i like the film teacher. she seems pretty chill so i go with the honest approach.

i tell her that honestly i don't want to have to analyze the films

i like just being entertained when i watch stuff. i know its sorta wrong and blame today's society for mind dumbing us but that's how it is (that's why we have intelligent people like emma :] who are unaffected by this phenomenon and can watch films critically)

and also i'm aware of certain things but i just don't pick up on the subtle hints and understand the 'deeper meanings' of the symbols in the movies.

(except that avatar totally copied pocahontas. that was really obvious..)

thankfully this makes her smile :]

now time to watch the movie.

we watch JSA. (about north-south korean stuff)

it's funny but sad at the same time.

korean people. i think its just korean people that say this?

have a saying that if you cry and laugh at the same time.

you grow hair on your butthole...

yes i really hope this is not true...

everytime i watch some sort of documentary/movie

about north and south korea it just gets to me.

i guess its because i'm korean but i was born in the states.

i'm neither north or south.

just korean.

its funny how humans can make a huge deal over a perceived boundary.

like 2 brothers sharing a room. and drawing a line in the middle.

and constantly fighting over that line.

i know its not as simple as that.

but i just wish they could just stop fighting over the line

and realize that they are brothers.

korean reading day.

i have learned how to make it more bearable.

skip the second half of class to go eat :D

i tell the teacher straight up.

and she says okay cause if leave erick will be quiet for the rest of class.

haahahahahaa. shweeet.

i want you warm sunshine rays of spring!

jay and i eat a whole friggin family meal

and then add 2 biscuits and fries to that.

this could feed a family of 5 for a week...

i am a chicken killer.

afterwards i meet up with my EMMAUS familia group.

we go to eat some more -_______-

whyy oh whyyy.

the place we go to is so cute! it's like an indoor garden thing.

with fake grass. and a cute cow in the front of the building.

i like it alot. it seems like a good place for meditating.

which i dont do...but i would do it in this place if i did. 

after dinner. icecream.

we have some awesome girl talk.

learned some good stuff from our familia mother Tina.

i like this whole fellowshiping thing.

so real.

i think alot of christians focus too much on rules and forget to be real.

which turns others away from christianity.

when its really the best thing in life.

when i get back its time to work out!

except treadmills are all full :[

float up and down on this weird machine

and pretend to do this leg working out thing on this other machine for a bit.

finally one opens up :D me and this other girl jump for it.

but she is really nice and lets me have it.

i feel kind bad cause i feel like me being on the treadmill is a waste...

first of all i'm in a dress, sweater, leggings, and flipflops

the girl on my left is like this tall skinny gazelle

and the girl on my right is this short chubby rabbit

their speed is 8.5 and 9

i'm the average one in the middle. speed 4.5

i guess that makes me the turtle?

mmmm but hey slow and steady wins the race. mwhahaha

after working out.

jay hits me up cause he's hungry again

this is UNBELIEVABLE. more food! no. no i refuse

i'm so easily persuaded....

try to order mcdonalds but they dont deliver when its raining.

so its the good ol' gs 24 hour convenient store.

i notice that jay eats really fast. like he's been starving for a week.
but obviously not after kfc today..

i ask him why he eats so fast.

"my sister used to be fat. so if you don't eat fast you don't eat at all."

HAHAHAAHAHA.
it would have been funnier if i didn't almost choke on my food.

afterwards read will ferrell's tweets. hahaah they are so hilarious

and so are 50cents...

and watch get him to the greek.

that movie is hilarious too.

i like laughing.

yeah.....

its like 5 am. how do i do this.
