Day 19

Rise and shine at 3:00pm.

i really need to stop waking up in the afternoon...

no time to shower. run to class smelling like yesterday.

korean class was actually okay today.

that is because eric was telling me of all the food places to eat.

VERY IMPORTANT notes i was taking about the restaurants and the locations.

these are the only important notes i will take in this class.

afterwards eat at the kitchen.

Chadwick and I shared a margarita pizza.

it was quite legit :D

except everytime i took a bite all the cheese came off.

so it was basically me eating cheese.

and then eating dough with sauce.

Afterwards they want to eat more -___-

the boys get makuli (rice wine)

i make it girly mixing it with cider.

they know they secretly like it...

After dinner 2 we go for DESSERT.

ofcourse. sigh..

me and sarah share chocolate waffles.

chris and chad want to see blackswan.

we ignore them and go to play pool instead.

get there and its filled with gangpae ahjushis (ganster looking men)

umm..... nevermind ^^"

afterwards more food....

convenient store. get some milk tea and strawberry yogurt.

when i get back something i realize something crazy.

alot of fb updates are about the 8.9 japanese earthquake

the biggest earthquake so far.

and at the restaurant the news was on and it was reporting the 8.9 earthquake that stuck Japan.

and then something confused me. if the earthquake happened thursday morning. why wasnt anyone fussing about it yesterday.

watching the news for some reason felt like deja vu.

like i had a dream about it or something..

i remember exactly the number 8.9

there are alot of japanese students here so i remembered that i couldn't ask my friend miyako if her family in japan was okay because i skipped class on thurs.

but apparently the earthquake hit today (fri) at 2pm.

so strange. i call up some people and ask them when they found out. and they said today in the afternoon or evening.

but last night in the cab i mentioned in my post before that i was reading the bible. and the passage i read was matthew 24 (the signs of the times and the end of age)

i remember reading about the part where Jesus talks about there will be earthquakes in various places.

and thinking that the time is nearing. the 8.9 earthquake in Japan that happened today shows that.

but that earthquake didnt happen yesterday.

it happened today.

i am so confused. i really wish i could remember more clearly.

i guess i should just pray for those who are affected by the earthquake for now.
