Day 73
Wednesday May 4th
So since our flight is at 6:00 in the morning
I came up with the brilliant plan to head to the airport in the middle of the night andplay.
like night at the museum! except its night at the airport!
except it was quite a fail plan
since the airport closes at 1am
and so they kicked us out...
sall good though cause we spent the next 4 hours
playing pool bumming at mcdonalds and nrbing
went back at 5 am to wait for the subway to airport
but then train never came!
its now 5:52am and our flight leaves at 6:35am
ahhhhhh~!
time to home alone this.
running with our suitcases like crazy maniacs
find taxis get dropped off at the airport
check in super fast
and run to the gates
somehow we make it on the plane
hahahahaaha am i the only one who finds this scene hilarious?
and so the adventure begins....
once we get to the airport we gotta wait for the rest of our crew to join us
except their flight comes in later and we gotta wait for 6 hours.
thanks to my brilliant plan we all got no sleep the night before
and we're all passed out in awkward positions in the airport chairs
so uncomfortable so some of us just give up and sleep on the floor
sleeping like a hobo on the airport floor. check
my life is complete.
after the rest of the crew comes
we decide to rent a mini van!
we are officially a family now.
Halmae Ann is driving
and at first we thought we were all gunna die at a young age
but she proves to be a total pro driver.
Get at the condo and there is this super cute jindo! (dog)
and then im all petting it and what not
and then its starts violating my leg!!
like crazy and he's super strong.
man...it's only the first day we met and already makes a move.
i named him Bobo.
The condo we are staying at is a dream.
ocean view the whole shabang.
cant believe im in Jeju again.
4 years ago i came here on our mission trip
and i made a wish on a star that one day i would return to this beautiful and peaceful island.
and now i'm here. looking out the same sea.
sun shining on my face.
and thinking God is so good.
