Day 27

Rise and shine for this valley trip.

yamyamyam uhhhh so early.

on the way we stop by the Hite beer factory.

for some Hite beer brainwashing and a tour.

and at the end of the tour we get free beer and snacks.

no more alcohol for me ever.

i sip on my little paper water cup and eat the swirly sugar snacks.

yay....

gina throws a couple at me so i can eat them like a baby bird.

90% of them hit me in the face.

and then i catch one :D hooray.

afterwards get back on the bus for the valley.

i am super focused on the plants vs. zombies game the whole ride.

such a game addict....

those plants are just too cute.

i feel like this trip is a prison camp.

like a bajillion of us are crammed into these rooms.

sleeping side by side on the floor.

and the food portions in the cafeteria are for the impoverished.

but its all good.

after dinner they have us break into groups and play these ridiculous games.

that are not very fun...

eventually i leave my group, find cookies in some corner, and eat them.

i hope we're allowed to eat these cookies...

if not i shall make everyone else get in trouble as well.

so i spend the rest of the time passing out cookies

after the lovely games there is a bonfire outside.

only in korea can you have a bonfire in the middle of the parking lot...

with loud music and drunk people.

while a church retreat is taking place a few feet away.

mmmm my body was there but the whole time my mind kept thinking of this verse. "For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark"

afterwards we went to our tiny packed rooms to play more games.

i do not want to play kings -____-

so i have a new brilliant idea. let's get food :D

go down to the lobby and order chicken.

this is what i love about korea. you can order food at night out in the middle of nowhere.

except...my korean is bad so i accidently order around 100 chicken wings...

uh oh....

5min later i'm running around screaming "who want's chicken!!!"

thankfully alot of people do. and i'm able to collect money for it in a milasecond.

mwahaha if i didn't have morals...i'd be such a hustler.

chicken = so good. best part of the day.

after we eat we play monopoly on jay's ipad.

pretty cool i like this whole digital monopoly thing.

i retell will ferrell's tweet about "The awkward moment when a woman doesn't pick the iron in monopoly". 

guess what piece i end up getting -___-

we play monopoly for like 2 hrs and then i give up and try to sleep.

sleep = fail.

first everyone is all crammed in fetal positions, snoring, or farting.

or pillow talk whispering. AH HEM. hahahaa jk :D

no but really....my earphones can only block so much noise...

but its all good.

cause me, emma, and jay have some quality bro time.

or girl talk.

and now we are the ones whispering and annoying everyone else.
there will be alot of complaints in the morning..

Day 26

i'm still kind of depressed about yesterday.

i mean friggin KWON SANG WOO.

but its okay he can't do anything for me.

too beautiful to go to class.

so instead i go shopping :D

get 3 sweatshirts for less than $18

mmmhmmm that's what i'm talking about.

make it back in time for the last half of korean class.

its usually very boring.

but when i got to class today this guy got up in the front of class

singing some norway country song.

it was.........very very interesting to put it in a nice way.

then eric gets up and sings one line of twinkle twinkle little star.

i'm in 3 classes with eric and i think all the girl teachers have crushes on him (even the old grandma one)

its that dimple on his face. got supermagic charm powers.

i try making a dimple on my face. but all i can make with my face is an egg with my chubby cheeks.

i eat three dinners today -___-

dinner one. chicken burger

dinner two with sarah. big ol' hotdog.

dinner three. ahhhhh korean bbq again.i refuse to eat anymore but i'm so easily persuaded :[

i think our group has eaten all the meat in korea.

hehehe at the restaurant it was so funny. cause Jay is apparently a very "handsome" guy.

and the guys be mackin on him. and holding his hand and touching his leg.

ahhahaha i think out of all the girls he's gotten the most action on this trip

afterwards waffles ofcourse.

ahh so hilarious...

first jay demolishes me and cheeia but then we combine our powers against him.

we were just hustling.

bring out our mad pool skills out and then we beat jay twice. muahahaha.

haha sike.....it was all luck.

we did not cheat.

on the way back its past midnight and we realize that it is my birthday.

oh goodie...

we have a banana milk party in the convenience store. nice.

and they sing happy birthday. omg....like middle school cafeteria memories all over again.

ahh i love my new frands here.

they make my egg cheeks hurt from laughter.

i am so blessed.

must get lots of sleep.

my late disease has come back.

film class. this time i dont even bother to run.

korean class. today was reading day.

so ofcourse i hated it. and it was boring.

its okay food is slightly more important.

afterwards we try to hit another club.

but we have to make it there before 12 to get in for free.

eh... whatever dont really feel like going to the club anyways.

so yeah fb reminded me that my birthday is tomorrow

and then i got all confused with the time difference and stuff.

but wow...i'm going to be 2 decades old.

and i have done nothing useful with my life.

Day 24

wed's posts will always be longer..

cause i actually wake up in the morning for my 10 am

so my days are longer. just a warning.

but i got some fun stories for today :D

first i have something very serious to talk about.

ladies and gents i have been a victim of credit fraud.

that's right someone has been using my card!

and buying adult products (like dildos and stuff) and paying memberships for online dating sites..

someone was really lonely...

and yes i'm sure it was not me -____-

well now my card has been deactivated.

must wait for my new card.

i have a total of $90 left o.O

not spending is like not breathing for me.

so this is quite a dilemma.

but anyways we'll let the future Rebekah worry about that.

North Korean politics class is so..so...my brain just cant keep up.

this is what i get for choosing a random major and vowing to stick with it.

sometimes....i think i just go to school for show.

i refuse to go outside.

anyways yeah cupcakes pretty good. like georgetown cupcakes.

got carrot cake cupcake with a cute lil carrot on top (which tasted like plastic).

dessert first then dinner this time.

on the way back instead of taking the stairs on the bridge. we take the elevator.

now this elevator is so hilarious. cause its like the slowest elevator in the world.

for some reason its so funny. like it goes .0005 mph up.

so we are cracking up in this elevator.

decide to also go down on the elevator. but then the doors are not closing.

so then we give up and everyone gets out. i'm about to get out too..

and ofcourse that's when the doors close.

i am stuck alone in this elevator going down so slowly....

sometimes.... my life....ahhh ....yeah....

how we spent 4 hours eating? i dont know.

but it was a good end to the day.

why is it so hard to wake up at 12:30pm?

more walking = more sleeping time needed.

agagaga cannot skip my 1:00 class

cause i'm only allowed to skip 3 times

9:00 the pokemon alarm goes off.

snooze until 9:30

ughhh i must open my eyes. flutter flutter.

must keep them open. i will not miss church again.

crawl out of bed and feel the most excruciating soreness pain.

whole time yesterday i was like ummm we should really stretch before we mountain climb.

get ignored.

so regretting not stretching right now.

hot shower. dont ever want to get out.

stay until im cooking.

out the dorm with gabe,jessica,and yoori by 10:40

get to church around 12:30

so glad i got an almond pretzel on the way.

cause at church they are serving grass for lunch.

made me tear up cause i felt like God was so pleased.
