Requested for a prophetic word through Gary Morse Ministries http://www.prophetictimes.com/ Received it on 2/20/16 Saturday. I broke down when I heard it because it was so accurate and it felt like God was speaking to me directly. I've received prophetic words/ words of encouragement before, but it never really hit me the way this one did. I was really touched to hear God's words for me. sounds kinda weird, but the thought that came to me was that I really missed him. I never knew that I could miss God, but I missed him so much. it was as if after many years without contact, I finally got a phone call from him. Not sure about the part of the transition towards the end but I'm excited and hopeful for the months ahead. How deep is the Father's love for us.

This is a true story. it happened two years ago around the beginning of September 2011. I've told this story to some people but I've been waiting for the right time to write it. I guess that time is now. It was a Friday and I had been crying the whole day. At the time I didn't know what was wrong with me. I had just finished tutoring. To my student it seemed as though everything was okay, but as I was driving back, I broke down. something was eating me up because I knew I was straying away again. I had just started to live a life transformed by the Holy Spirit, and now I was grieving Him. The coaches for our college ministry were all doing Daniel's Fast, so I went to the H-Mart off of 40 to get some grainy food. I parked my car in the spots facing Wal-Mart and just kept crying. Internship thoughts

I was talking with my spiritual director today about what I've learned here during my time here at Rosemead and there's been so much but now that I'm in my fourth year (out of five) and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel I've been going back to the concepts of enjoying the present moment and trusting God. These past couple of months consisted of the most difficult hurdles of the program. Comprehensive exams. Professional qualifying exams. Doctoral paper. Internship applications. Internship interview. and now waiting for match day when I get my internship results - determining where I will be for my final fifth year. I could stay here in SoCal. or have to move to Maryland, New York, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, or Utah. so yeah...kinda life changing... I have these moments where I'm like GOD FORBID WACO, TEXAS. and then imagining me reading this in the future from Waco, Texas laughing and crying hysterically. shivers* so going back to enjoying the present

Father's Love

My dad is an engineer. He makes well over 100K a year, but you would never know by looking at him. He drives old, used cars and wears shoes with holes in them. Where does all his money go? On his three precious daughters. My family helped me move in yesterday and I forgot a few things. My dad went out and bought me a $170 worth of groceries and then I asked him if he could bring me my pillow, keyboard, and GRE book from the house tomorrow on his way to work. Last night Esther Cho was asking me about prayer. Why do we need to ask God for things? Shouldn't He already know what we want and need? I said a bunch of things, but the answered that satisfied her was: God knows what we want but He allows us to ask so that He can answer. so that we would be thankful and our faith in Him increased.
